acronym of the four worlds – Atzilut, Briya, Yetzirah, Assiya – perceived as the four steps in any creative process, beginning with (a) ATZILUT Closeness, Unity, Vision, then (b) BERIAH Creation, Outline, followed by (c) YETZIRAH Formation, Shape and Form, and finally (d) ASIYAH Action, Implementation and Final Production.
