When a new disease appears, G-d forbid, that has never before existed, it is certain that the remedies used in the past would be of no use… We are in a new era, which has both new blessings and medicines, as well as an increase in new challenges and illnesses. A new disease therefore requires finding a new appropriate remedy, beginning with Torah, which brings healing to the world.  The innovation of this generation, initiated by the Frierdiker Rebbe, is to learn the weekly Parsha. — Sichas Yud Alef Nissan 5742

As doctors do their part, let us do our part in bringing healing to the world through the study of Torah, specifically the Parsha each week, as explained by the Rebbe in Likkutei Sichos.As such, this is the first of a series of classes in these sichos brought to you by Project Likkutei Sichos.
