As a result of being fundamentally integrated faculties (ohr pnimi) these faculties divide and manifest each in their respective container (organ and limb).These two dimensions — the essential and indivisible soul, and its distinct faculties — are reflected in Torah and mitzvot: Every mitzvah has its own distinct intention (kavanah), while the fundamental equalizing element in all mitzvot is their expression of the Divine Will. generally, this is the difference between Torah and mitzvot, with Torah manifesting in diversity — the differences between the obligations of Torah study depending on a person’s status. While the fulfillment of mitzvot equalizes every one.
